School Policies

Admission and Enrollment

We welcome children aged 1.5 years to 5 yrs to enroll. (Daycare, Nursery, Jr KG, Sr KG) ( as we do not have permission, i didn’tmention class 1 onwards)

Admission is open to all, regardless of race, religion, or background.
Parents are encouraged to visit the facility before enrolling their child.

Safety and Security

Our facility is secured with restricted access.
All staff undergo background checks and are trained in first aid.
We have a strict sign-in and sign-out policy to ensure child safety.

Curriculum and Learning

We follow a developmentally appropriate curriculum that nurtures each child’s individual abilities.

Our teaching approach is play-based, promoting creativity and critical thinking.

Progress reports are provided regularly to parents to track their child’s development & progress.

Staff-Child Ratios

We maintain low staff-child ratios to ensure individualized attention and care.

Wellness Policies

Health and Wellness

Children must be up-to-date on vaccinations to attend school.

Sick children are not allowed to attend to prevent the spread of illness.

We promote healthy eating habits and provide nutritious snacks and meals. (During Tiffin time)

Communication

Open communication is encouraged between teachers and parents to ensure child care.

Regular parent-teacher meetings are held to discuss a child’s progress and address any concerns.

Students' Behavior and Discipline

Positive reinforcement and redirection are used to manage behavior.

We have a no-tolerance policy for corporal punishment or harsh discipline methods. We tackle students with utmost care.

Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures

Parents are required to wait at the main gate when dropping off and picking up their child.

Authorized individuals must be listed for pick-up. Students will only be allowed to leave the school premises with these registered individuals.

Parents must provided 2 emergency contact details.

Admission and Enrollment

Admission is open to all children within the specified age range.

Parents are encouraged to schedule a tour and meet with staff before enrolling their child.

Enrollment forms and required documents must be submitted accurately and on time.

Safety and Security

Parents must adhere to the policy while dropping off and picking up their child.

Authorized individuals for pick-up must be listed and photo ID must be provided.

Parents are encouraged to report any safety or health concerns promptly.

Communication

Parents are provided with contact details of school for emergency contact. It should only be used in dire situations only.

Open communication is encouraged and parents can request meetings or updates as needed.

We value parent feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Curriculum and Learning

Parents will receive information about the curriculum, syllabus etc. They should make sure the child completes all work given as home work.

Regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings are scheduled to discuss a child’s development. Parents should make sure they attend it.

Parents are encouraged to engage in activities at home that support classroom learning.

Parents are expected to support the various learning activities for students.

Health and Wellness

Parents must keep their child’s health records up-to-date, including immunization records.

Children should not be brought to school if they are unwell to prevent the spread of illness.

Dietary restrictions and allergies should be communicated to the school.

Fees Payments

Tuition fees and payment schedules are communicated clearly.

Late payment fees may apply for overdue payments as payment methods are specified.

Parents will be notified in advance of any fee increases
